Hi, I’m a Kenyan cinematographer, specializing documenting wildlife and human interest stories. I’m a long lens specialist and yes, I fly drones too. Vehicle tracking with gimbals? Of course!
I’ve worked with film productions from all over the world, and together we’ve managed to capture the amazing spectacles that the natural world has been generous enough to offer.
A few of my personal favorites have been; filming a young leopard beneath the Chyulu Hills, whilst she stalks Klipspringers on the jagged shetani lava flows. A newborn elephant calf finding her footing at the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro, and most recently the Mangrove Mothers; the women of Pate Island who are fixing Kenya's coastal forests one seedling at a time.
